- Metoda koja radi -

Rješenje nam se ukazalo za vrijeme već valjda dvadesetog bezuspješnog pokušaja - ako problem ne možemo riješiti crtanjem, treba pokušati sa brisanjem! Ideja je vrlo jednostavna, a pokazala se uspješnom iz prvog pokušaja. Ovaj puta smo povezali oba voda na način da smo ih kratko spojili, tj. sa srebrom smo popunili i prostor između njih. Nakon toga smo nalijepili dvije naljepnice tako da pokrivaju vodove, a između njih (ujedno i između vodova) ostavimo najmanji mogući razmak u kojem smo srebro izbrisali koristeći kist namočen u razrjeđivač! Ukoliko vam ovaj opis nije dovoljno jasan, pogledajte foto strip u prilogu (inicijalno smo cijeli postupak željeli popratiti sa slikama, no kada je popravak uspio nikako se nismo mogli odlučiti za skidanje naljepnica radi fotografiranja) :)

Foto strip obavljenih radova:

  1. Oštećenje prije početka popravka
  2. Rupa zapunjena sa bojom kako bi nivelirali površinu po kojoj ćemo "crtati" srebrom
  3. Naljepnicama maskiramo područje oko vodova na kojem ne želimo srebro
  4. Kistom nanesemo tekuće srebro na vodove koje povezujemo
  5. Nakon što smo skinuli naljepnice, srebro bi trebalo pokrivati samo vodove koje povezujemo
  6. Stavljamo nove naljepnice tako da između njih ostavimo vrlo mali razmak koji ćemo tretirati razrjeđivačem radi brisanja viška srebra
  7. Kistom namočenim u razrjeđivač uklanjamo višak tekućeg srebra
  8. Ukoliko bi uklonili naljepnice (mi smo ih ostavili), vidjeli bi ovakav prizor

U cijelom postupku je posjedovanje multimetra praktički obvezno, jer smo samo uz pomoć njega mogli provjeriti napredak… Ako ćete se primiti ovakvog posla, imajte na umu da provjera kratkog spoja između vodova koje popravljate ne mora uvijek davati beskonačni otpor - ukoliko su krajevi vodova povezani preko neke komponente koja provodi struju, dobit ćete mjerljivi otpor. Ovo je srećom lako provjeriti mjerenjem i bilježenjem otpora između krajeva vodova prije popravka. Osim multimetra za zahvat smo trebali naljepnice za maskiranje, tekuće srebro i razrjeđivač, te malu količinu obične modelarske boje i kist za nanošenje iste… Tekuće srebro smo nabavili prije nekoliko godina u dućanu AS Tehnocentar (Martićeva, Zagreb), no trebali bi biti dostupno u svakom bolje opremljenom dućanu sa elektroničkim komponentama… Dolazi u malim, ali skupim bočicama (100-200kn), no srećom ne treba ga puno, te je jedna bočica dovoljna za više ovakvih popravaka. Istu funkciju obavljaju i flomasteri koji ostavljaju vodljivi trag no sa njima nismo radili, pa ako imate kakvih iskustava u korištenju istih svakako ih podijelite i sa nama putem foruma.

Popravljena kartica sa naljepnicama koje smo odlučili ostaviti kako jesu radi fiksiranja tekućeg srebra

Popravak je u potpunosti uspio - kartica radi već nekoliko tjedana, a testirali smo je u uvjetima višednevnog rada, pokretali testove (cca 7300 3DMark2003 bodova :) i igrali nekoliko zahtjevnih igara, kao i pregledali par desetaka sati filmova i serija… Zaključak se nameće sam od sebe; ponekad je itekako moguće i isplativo zasukati rukave i pokušati popraviti fizičko oštećenje na komponenti, ma što vam drugi govorili. Primjenom ove metode ne riskirate praktički ništa, jer je sve neuspjele pokušaje iznimno jednostavno obrisati i vratiti komponentu u početno stanje. Ukoliko imate sličnih iskustva u popravku oštećenih komponenti svakako ih podijelite i sa drugima na forumu!
