Način testiranja i overclocking
Testna platforma se od našeg zadnjeg članka nije promjenila
a Core i7 920 je i na standardnim taktovima sposoban izvući maksimum iz testirane
kartice. Za usporedbu smo ubacili referentni Sapphireov HD4850 model te konkurentski
9800GTX+ model. Set testova je malo drugačiji od prethodnog članka, a za idući
možete očekivati dodavanje nekih novih i izbacivanje nekih starijih naslova.
Iz već overclockiranog modela nismo uspjeli izvući
puno više kada je u pitanju GPU. Malo više od 4% dobitka nije revolucija,
no nesmijemo zaboraviti kako je to 12% više od referentnog modela. Memoriju
smo podigli za 80MHz (160MHz efektivno) što je za malo manje od 8% više u
odnosu na Overclocked model, te za oko 14% više u odnosu na referentni model.
Kao i uvijek kada overclockiramo cilj nam je postići 24/7 stabilnost
pa ne pretjerujemo sa taktovima. Da li će ove brojke pratiti i porast performansi
u igrama pogledajmo na narednim stranicama.
