U ovome naslovu GTX275 SOC svoj pravi smisao dobiva tek na visokim rezolucijama. GTA IV voli velike količine memorije. Na višoj rezoluciji OC-ana GTX275 ljestvicu podiže za oko 9%. Ipak Radeon nije daleko.

Posljednja igra za danas i GTX275 je ponovno izjednačena sa GTX280 AMP!. Prosječan porast performansi SOC modela je oko 11%.

Kao što smo i očekivali, potrošnja GTX275 SOC kartice je u oba slučaja viša od Gainwardovog lagano overclockanog GTX275 GS modela. No, iznenadilo nas je da razlika i nije tako velika. Ako pogledamo performanse po vatu potrošnje između HD4890 i GTX275 SOC kartice tada je razlika ogromna. Naravno u korist Nvidije.

I za sam kraj smo ostavili zagrijavanje. Zbog odličnog strujnog menadžmenta Gigabytov model je najhladniji u Idleu. Tada se taktovi spuštaju na 300MHz za GPU i samo 100MHz za memoriju, a ventilator je pri tome nečujan (1437 RPM). Na opterećenju se temperatura zaustavlja na solidnih 83°C pri čemu ventilator nje bučan (2331 RPM). Inače, kada se ručno podesi maksimala ventilatora je na 3180 RPM pri čemu je jako bučan. Gainward je sa svojim hladnjakom definitivno kiksao.
